At a critical juncture in the global transformation of education towards intelligence, Jianxing College of Zhejiang University of Technology is committed to pioneering new models for cultivating top-notch innovative talents. To inspire innovative thinking among students worldwide, promote international academic exchange and collaboration, and explore the new developments of traditional disciplines in the context of modern technology, we are pleased to announce the 11th Zhejiang University of Technology 'Jianxing' Undergraduate Academic Forum and the First 'Jianxing Cup' International Undergraduate Innovation Academic Competition. We cordially invite students from universities around the globe to participate and jointly explore future technological trends.
I. Organizer: Zhejiang University of Technology
II. Forum Date: July 5th, 2025 (Saturday)
III. Submission Requirements:
1. Eligibility: Undergraduate students from universities worldwide are eligible to participate. Participants must submit at least one academic paper, ensuring the originality of the content and that they are the first author.
2. Themes: According to the subject categories, the forum's themes are divided into six categories: Mathematics, Physics, and Electronic Information Science; Biological and Chemical Engineering; Mechanical and Structural Engineering; Architectural Design and Art; Economics and Management Science; Humanities, History, and Philosophy.
3. Format Specifications: Papers written in English should include the title, the author's name, the author's institution, an abstract, keywords, the main text, references, and a brief author biography. The paper should not exceed 10 pages. Please refer to [Attachment 2] for the format guidelines.
4. Submission Method: This year's forum will only accept electronic submissions. Interested participants should send their papers (in PDF formats), and the 11th Zhejiang University of Technology 'Jianxing' Undergraduate Academic Forum Submission Recommendation Form (signed by both the student and their advisor, submitted as an image), to the email address [lcc1004@zjut.edu.cn]. The email subject should be formatted as Jianxing Cup International Conference Submission - Name - University - Paper Title (XXX Theme).
5. Deadline: Papers must be submitted by June 1, 2025. Submissions received after this date will not be accepted.
IV. Paper Review and On-site Exchange:
The organizing committee will categorize the submitted papers and organize preliminary reviews by relevant experts. Outstanding papers will be recommended for on-site presentation at the academic forum. The paper exchange at the academic forum will be reviewed by experts on the spot. In the end, several excellent papers (Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize and Excellence Award) will be selected according to the number of exchange papers in each sub-forum.
Outstanding award-winning papers will be formally recognized through an official commendation, with certificates conferred to both students and their supervising instructors, accompanied by a designated monetary grant. The selected papers will be compiled into a peer-reviewed proceedings volume.
V. Important Notes:
Participants are responsible for their own accommodation and travel expenses. The conference will not provide airport transfers.
