On the afternoon of September 2, the first class of the 2022 freshmen of Jianxing Honors College was held at the Pingfeng campus. Principal Li Xiaonian, the representatives of Academic Affairs Office and Academic Affairs (Student Office), the project directors, the class teachers of freshmen, all teachers and 2022 freshmen of the Jianxing Honors College attended the opening ceremony.
At the ceremony, Li Xiaonian discussed with the theme of Composing the Youth Movement of Outstanding Students with Mission and Responsibility, focusing on three aspects: The Mission and Responsibility of the University, The Mission and Responsibility of Zhejiang University of Technology and The Mission and Responsibility of College Students in the New Era.
The dean of Jianxing Honors College, the representatives of the project directors and honorary students delivered speeches. All 2022 Honorary Students took a solemn Jianxing Honor Commitment oath.
